This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Rudvya, operated by Mayank Enterprises. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Change of mind
  • Not liking the product
  • Personal preferences
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (especially in natural stones or handmade items)
  • Delay in delivery
  • Spiritual expectations or perceived results
REPORTING WINDOW
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, a complete unboxing video is required for defective or damaged product claims.
The video should clearly show:
  • The sealed package before opening
  • The full unboxing process without interruptions
  • The issue or damage in the product
Claims without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
REFUND METHOD
We do not provide refunds to bank accounts, cards, or original payment methods.
All eligible refunds are issued as:
Store Credit only
RESOLUTION OPTIONS
If a product is verified as defective or damaged, we will offer:
  • 120% Store Credit, or
  • Exchange, subject to product availability
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return:
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • The issue must be genuine and verifiable
VERIFICATION PROCESS
All requests are reviewed by our team to ensure fair handling.
We may request additional details or clarification if required before approving a claim.
STORE CREDIT TERMS
  • Store credit is non-transferable
  • It cannot be converted into cash
  • It can be used for future purchases on Rudvya
