Certain products, especially those based on spiritual or astrology-related practices, may require preparation or energisation prior to shipment. This process may take approximately 2 to 3 working days before dispatch.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

LIABILITY

Rudvya is not liable for delays occurring after the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

Any delay caused by third-party logistics providers shall not be considered grounds for refund, replacement, or cancellation.
